In Plant cell trilayered cell was present, which made up with cellulose and chitin	In Animal cell there is no cell wall present, but it covered with plasma membrane.
Usually Size of plant cell in large.	Animal cell are generally smaller in size.
In almost all plant cell chlorophyll is present.	In Animal cell chlorophyll is absent.
In Plant cell there no Lysosome present.	In Animal cell lysosome are present.
In Plant cell vacuole are also present.	In Animal cell there is no vacuole are present.
In Plant cell Centrosome nor present.	Centrosome is present in Animal cell.
Plant cell cannot change its Shape and size.	Animal cell can change is shape and size.
