Size of Prokaryotic cell generally small between 1 to 10 micron.

Size of Eukaryotic cell is generally large between 5 to 100 micron.

Prokaryotic cell are not fully developed, they are under develop cell and primitive.

Eukaryotic cell are fully developed cell.

Nucleolus are absent in prokaryotic cell.

Nucleolus are present in prokaryotic cell.

In this kind of cell, Mitosis cell division does not occur, cell division takes place by Fission or Budding Processes.

Prokaryotic Cell contain only one chromosome.

Eukaryotic Cell contain more than one  chromosome.
